Al Stewart

Presented by Strathmore at AMP by Strathmore

Al Stewart rose to stardom as part of the folk revival of the late ’60s and ’70s. He is celebrated for weaving intricate stories into his folk melodies, like in his famous #1 hit, “Year of the Cat.” By the time he was 22, Stewart had met The Beatles, opened for The Rolling Stones, shared an apartment with Paul Simon, recorded with Jimmy Page, and put a young Cat Stevens on stage at Les Cousins where he was MC. Don’t miss the chance to see this legend share his sublime songwriting in an intimate setting.
