Join us for a week of art exploration. Watercolor, an art media including water, color, and light, can help activate relaxation responses to everyday stress. When practiced regularly it leads to a reduction in everyday stress levels and a boost in feelings of joy and peace. It also stimulates creativity, calms down negative brain activity, elevates energy and focus, discovers insight about self, and experiences personal growth with each accomplishment. A variety of combined watercolor and relaxation techniques will gradually bring balance and a calming effect to every individual. Each class will be supported with detailed instruction.
