The Victorian Lyric Opera Company will kick off its 40th Anniversary by giving Gilbert & Sullivan fans the opportunity to experience and sing through the complete musical scores (sans dialogue) of all thirteen of the intact operettas over Labor Day weekend!

The Sing Out starts the evening of Friday, August 31st and runs through noon on Sunday, September 2nd.

You can register to sing in the choruses! All principal singing roles have been filled at this time. Registration for choruses is open through Sing Out weekend.

Come enjoy all the music as an audience member! "Audience-only" tickets will be available for purchase in blocks from the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre box office at 240-314-8690.

The Sing-Out honors the immortal operettas that were created in a partnership of the superb librettist, Sir William S. Gilbert, and brilliant composer, Sir Arthur Sullivan, and VLOC’s tradition of bringing these evergreen productions alive for its audience. It also celebrates the great American traditions of community and musical theater by inviting members of civic theater companies from around the country to come together to display their musical talent and experience.
