Picturing the Chesapeake offers a visual journey through the diverse habitats of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed led by photographer Mark Hendricks who shares his photos and narrates the story of the bay with a mix of science, personal story.
A special focus is placed on rare and endangered species that call the watershed home.
Hendricks is an award-winning wildlife photographer and writer. A former marine mammal biologist and animal rescuer, he began using his camera as a storytelling tool to support conservation efforts.
