Part of the 200th anniversary celebration of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, the City of Gaithersburg also features the workshop, “Creating Ghost Stories & Tall Tales” (as Shelley wrote the novel as a result of a contest between friends) and FrankenSTEM200, at the Community Museum.
