Design machines that will launch mini pumpkins into the air! We’ll build catapults and trebuchets from wood using saws, drills, nuts and bolts, bungees, and weights. Then we’ll test and tweak our designs, and make some predictions. Finally, it’s time to go out to the field and see how far we can launch our pumpkins with each machine! 3rd grade+
