Join LabX (of the National Academy of Sciences) in collaboration with Dance Exchange for an evening of performances and conversations to help us gain a better understanding of the food we eat everyday. Co-hosted by Regie Cabico, Elizabeth Johnson (Dance Exchange), and Geoff Hunt (LabX), experience food-themed songs, spoken-word, and comedy performances alongside interactive conversations with experts in the fields of social equity, sustainable diets, food waste, and GMOs. Also featuring performances by Tyler French and Kasha Patel, and highlighting the work of Emily Frigon (Hungry Harvest), Jenny Splitter, Tambra Raye Stevenson, and Jody Balis (Red Lentil Consulting).
