Violinist Jennifer Koh returns for the third and final installment of her inspired “Bach and Beyond” series, an adventurous project that links Bach’s Sonatas and Partitas to the present day through a historical journey of solo violin works including new works commissioned for the series. "A masterful and full-bodied musical evening, in the playing, concept and aesthetic vision" (Santa Barbara News Press). This final concert in the series combines Bach’s Sonata No. 2 in A minor and Sonata No. 3 in C Major with a new work commissioned from American composer John Harbison.
