Give your child a great foundation in arts & culture this Spring in Washington Revels’ play-based, globally minded after-school workshops. “Revels Kids” develop an inclusive worldview by taking part in traditional songs, dances, games and stories from around the world.

More than just aftercare, our curriculum is grounded in Revels’ philosophy that we all need stronger community and a closer connection to nature. Children in our "Little Dragons" (preK-1) and “Hobby Horses” (2-3) classes work together to act out folk tales, forging a supportive group identity and learning valuable leadership and teamwork skills. And as the world bursts into bloom, your child will explore the changes of the season through nature walks, crafts, and the traditions of music and dance that cultures across the globe have used to mark the arrival of Spring for centuries!

“Hobby Horses” (grades 2-3)
Meets on Mondays, April 1-June 3, 4:15-5:45 pm

Spring Sharing: Thursday, June 6, 2019, 4:30-6:00 pm
At the end of each season all classes come together for a sharing of material with each other and parents.
