Treat yourself to a peaceful immersion of live flute music, gentle and mindful movement, and time to reflect, recharge, and return to a deeper state of connection. Embrace a different approach to music and slip into a heightened state of listening through yoga with a focus on meditation and breathing. A juice tasting follows the yoga and music.

Bring your own yoga mat. Recommended for ages 10 and up. This program will be held outside in the Mansion's side garden. If it rains, it will be held inside.
