Join Dance Exchange in the co-creation and performance of a new work at Dance Place on June 22nd and 23rd! Led by Associate Artistic Director Elizabeth Johnson, with partnering artist Keith Thompson, this new work will connect with current research and dancemaking happening with physicists and scientists at the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRiB) at Michigan State University and finds inspiration in stargazing and the science behind how elements are made. Dive into a creative process and be a part of dances about the questions we have about ourselves and our universe.

Co|Lab is a community choreography laboratory that invites local artists and community members of all backgrounds and experiences to collaborate alongside DX artists in the studio and on stage. This event is for ages 13+.
