Presented by Gaithersburg Community Museum at Gaithersburg Community Museum

The Gaithersburg Community Museum presents a program of exploration for young visitors which takes place on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to noon in July and August. Supplies are limited. Admission is free with no reservations required. Donations to cover program costs are appreciated. Recommended for ages 5 and up.

3-Jul Big Games Big Blocks, Big Games
10-Jul Bugs Have fun with bugs. Meet some bugs with Echoes of Nature and then make bug crafts.
17-Jul Moon 50 years ago we first walked on the moon. Have fun with moon activities. A moon storytime will take place at 10:30 and 11:30.
24-Jul Money Let's learn about money! The U.S. Mint, the Montgomery Coin Club, and the Gaithersburg Financial Wellness Coalition will join us and we'll have things for you to make and take.
31-Jul Music Explore musical instruments and make some of your own. Musicians from Victor Litz will join us with hands-on musical activities.
7-Aug Magnets Have fun exploring, experimenting, and playing with magnets.
14-Aug Color Our world is full of color. Have fun experimenting with, playing, with, and learning more about color.
