Grammy-winning singer-songwriter LaMontagne returns to the stage on his Just Passing Through acoustic tour. Accompanied by Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket, the duo will perform songs from LaMontagne’s vast and varying body of work. Throughout his career LaMontagne “has continued to push himself in different directions,” (NPR) which resulted in each of his seven studio albums having a distinct character and feel. Having worked with producers Ethan Johns, Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys, and Jim James of My Morning Jacket, LaMontagne’s sonic catalogue has been called everything from “a perfect throwback to the lost art of the album-length format,” (Entertainment Weekly) to “epic and magical,” (Rolling Stone) and “gorgeous and ambitious” (Esquire).
