The Songwriters’ Assoc of Washington (SAW) is thrilled to bring together the best local talent to present a very special fundraising concert to benefit the Takoma Park Folk Festival (TPFF).
Help us support the TPFF (Takoma Park Folk Festival) and come hear some of the area's most talented performers. TPFF is a free annual festival (on Sunday, September 8 this year) that features traditional and trending folk arts, musicians, crafters, kids' activities and more.

Fresh from just winning the Mid Atlantic Bluegrass Competition, The Fly Birds are an alternative bluegrass trio with unique vocals
and an original style of folk music topped off with tasteful songwriting skills and a charming stage presence. Conor & The Wild Hunt is a Progressive Indie Folk band with artful and driving instrumentation, impassioned duets, blooming three part harmonies, and soulful original songs with modern takes on Americana traditions. Recently featured in Acoustic Guitar magazine, Yasmin Williams is an acoustic fingerstyle guitarist with an unorthodox, modern style of playing that has been called some of the most imaginative guitar music out today.
