Glen Echo Pottery presents its 32nd annual Holiday Pottery Sale on December 6, 7, and 8, 2019.  The sale will be held at the Mt. Vernon campus of George Washington University at the corner of Foxhall Road, N. W., and Whitehaven Parkway in Washington, D. C.  This expanded space will accommodate the work of 60 of Glen Echo Pottery's instructors and student potters and will present more than 3,000 unique bowls, mugs, teapots, pitchers, vases, ornaments, jewelry, and pots of all kinds.  Includes porcelain, stoneware, soda- and wood-fired pieces and raku.  The sale will be open Friday evening, December 6, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, December 7, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, December 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  There will be free parking on the weekend in the parking garage attached to West Hall, the sale's location.  There will be a charge for parking on Friday.   The Pottery's regular sales gallery in Glen Echo Park will be closed on December 7 and 8 for this expanded sale.
