Hands-on activities give you a glimpse into the world of archaeology.
The Montgomery Parks Archaeology Office takes over the museum with many hands-on activities to introduce you to the glamour of archaeological work. Among the things visitors can try are: Archaeology Site-In-A-Can, Tin-Smithing, Marble making, Seed Identification, and Ceramic Mending. Try out these skills while learning what archaeology teaches us about the past. This program is free and open to visitors of all ages.
