A Master Class Series and free Film Screenings culminate in two Choreography Showcases designed for fans of Contemporary Modern Dance in Baltimore.
Co-hosted by BlueShift Dance and Human Landscape Dance, the Pink Moon Dance Festival takes place March 30 – April 5 at Baltimore Theatre Project. Events include film screenings, a Master Class Series, and a weekend of choreography showcases. These highlight a mix of independent artists and seasoned companies: Baltimore’s best in contemporary modern dance. The festival takes place shortly before the April full moon, called a pink moon after the first blossoms of spring. United by life under the same spring sky, let’s come together and celebrate dance!

Film Screenings: April 4, 7:30-8pm. April 5, 2:30-3pm. Free! If you plan on seeing a Choreography Showcase, be sure to arrive 30 minutes before curtain so you can grab a refreshment and enjoy dance films created by area artists.
