Strings, brass, winds, and percussion make up a symphony orchestra. These four instrument families create incredible sound when played together but also shine on their own. BSO musicians speak about their instruments and how the different families are connected, as well as favorite instrument jokes! Hear works by Dukas, Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Rouse, Grieg, and Gabrieli, each showcasing the individual families at their best!
