Healing Through Art: Coping with COVID Loss is a new weekly group led by licensed art therapists to provide interpersonal support for those who have lost a loved one to COVID-19. The pandemic has caused incredible pain and loss for so many, and it has changed the way we grieve.
This group is for people struggling with the unique challenges of processing grief and loss during quarantine, and will focus on using art for healing, as well as sharing support with group members.
No art experience necessary.
