Great Noise Ensemble, one of the most important and adventurous ensembles in Washington, DC’s new music scene is all about performing fresh works and promoting emerging talent in contemporary music. Great Noise Ensemble has presented the world premieres of some 23 new compositions as well as regional premieres and rare performances of major works of the last 25 years by composers like Steve Reich, John Luther Adams, Marc Mellits, Poul Ruders, and Louis Andriessen. Their performance in the Mansion includes Nebal Maysaud’s The Arrogance of Time and Andriessen’s Zilver.

The Old Georgetown Road Garage, located at 11580 Old Georgetown Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852, is directly beneath AMP. The best way to enter the garage is by making a right turn directly into the garage from westbound Old Georgetown Road (between Grand Park Avenue and Executive Blvd). Follow the signs to the AMP elevator and go directly to level 4. The new Trade Street Garage is located at 11860 Trade Street, North Bethesda, MD 20852, right across from AMP and adjacent to the Per Sei apartments. Both are very convenient to the venue.
