Have you always dreamed of taking a ballet class, but felt you were too out of shape or it’s too late to begin? Then this is the class for you!
This course is designed for adults interested in exercising while enjoying beautiful classical music. Barre, controlled center, and floor conditioning exercises will be explored. All exercises will be given at an introductory level, but can be accommodated for people with prior experience. It's time to enjoy an invigorating ballet class!
All persons 12+ entering BlackRock's facility must show proof of vaccination and wear a mask. All patrons under the age of 12 must wear a mask to enter the facility. We thank you for your efforts to keep our community and families safe.
