Join art therapist Merry Urbia for a new six week series of art therapy sessions using art journaling techniques, mindful movement and poetry!
Each gathering will have a particular focus to explore, primarily through art and mindfulness practices, also incorporating journal prompts for art and writing on your own. A blank journal can be provided.

Parking Information: Metered garage parking is available in the Fenton Street Village (Garage 4) Parking Garage and a small surface lot by our building (see map above), and can be paid with either coins or through the MobileNOW app. Metered street parking is available on Silver Spring Avenue in front of our building, and will be available across the street when ongoing construction is finished.
