Documentary film festival featuring short films from local filmmakers.
The 10th annual Bethesda Film Fest will feature six short documentaries made by local filmmakers at screenings scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 29-30. Screenings will be held at 7pm on April 29th and 6pm and 8:30pm on April 30th at Imagination Stage in downtown Bethesda.
The Bethesda Film Fest is produced by the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District.
The selected films include:
1km a Pied – Film by Rachel Menyuk, Silver Spring, MD
La Manplesa – Film by Ellie Walton, Mount Rainier, MD
My Brother is Deaf – Film by Peter Kimball, Bethesda, MD
Resurgence – Film by Kristin Adair and Jonas Gilham, Washington, D.C.
The Hill We Climb – Film by Wide Angle Youth Media, Baltimore, MD
Time & Temperature – Film by Justin Foreman, Baltimore, MD
The evening will include a discussion with the filmmakers after each screening. Tickets are available at www.bethesda.org for $12.
Tickets are $12 and are General Admission seating.
