Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 evokes the wide-open, hopeful spirit of America through the eyes and ears of one of the all-time great symphonists. The Israeli wunderkind Tom Borrow dashes through the high drama of Mozart’s C Minor Piano Concerto, supported by one of the most astute conductors on the scene. As The Baltimore Sun declares, “Things tend to go very well whenever Peter Oundjian makes a guest conducting engagement with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.”
This program will also take place Sun., Oct 2 at 3 pm at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, Md.
