Students will focus on semi-advanced barre work stressing body alignment, technique, and articulation of feet. Depending on the age of the student and strength of their feet and legs, pointe work will be introduced at the barre. The center practice incorporates adagio, pirouettes, petite and grande allegro, and beginning beaten enchainments.

Young Artists Ballet (YAB)
YAB is based on the internationally recognized methodology of the Royal Academy of Dance. The Academy’s syllabi have been devised with great care to enable a child to progress through their dance training in planned stages to insure safety of physical development and well-being. Ms. Kimm will adhere to the carefully structured syllabi and continue to train through the Academy’s professional development courses throughout their teaching careers. YAB Instructor, Ms. Becci Kimm has achieved lifetime membership to the Royal Academy of Ballet.
