Join Steve Moore from True Respite Brewing Company and Jill Sandler, owner and master chef of The Chocolatier’s Palette, as they guide you through a special interactive evening, pairing craft beer with craft chocolates.  Steve and Jill will masterfully pair four delicious combinations of small batch craft beer and chocolates, mixing in humor and stories along the way, while treating your taste buds to a vast array of gourmet flavors.
Steve started as a part-time bartender when True Respite opened in April, 2018, and worked his way up to management level before becoming an owner and managing member in the summer of 2022.  Now, he heads up all retail operations which include beer and chocolate pairings, a pet project of his since the winter of 2019. Sharing the unlikely but awesome combination of beer and chocolate continues to be a highlight of his job.
For over a decade Jill had been making gourmet fudge in small batches for family and friends at the holidays, thinking everyone should have finer chocolate.  She had always been encouraged to follow her dream and share her delicious treats on a wider scale.  For the past nine years, using all Belgian fudge with no eggs, corn syrup, gluten, or artificial coloring or flavoring, The Chocolatier’s Palette has been creating handcrafted, small batch gourmet chocolates in a licensed, commercial Maryland kitchen using only FDA-approved packaging.
Early-Access allows ticket-holder entry forty-five minutes prior to general admission to enjoy one additional beer and chocolate sampling!
Individual tickets are $45; couples are $85.  Early-Access individual tickets are $55; couples are $95.  VIP Table for Four is $215 (three available); VIP Table for Eight is $400 (one available)
