The Carnival of the Animals has been celebrated as the perfect introductory classical piece for young children. During this 30-minute ballet, costumed dancers delight children through movements inspired by the animals they portray. The new interpretation of the classic tells the story of the Elephant who is fawning for peanuts and the Kangaroo who has lost her Joey. The animals include lions, hens and roosters, turtles, a school of fish, a duo of flamingos and more! Come delight in the beloved score of Camille Saint-Saen's Carnival of the Animals with original choreography by Tyrone C. Walker.
