Presented by City of Gaithersburg Arts and Events at City Hall Concert Pavilion

 End the day on a musical note with “Evenings in Olde Towne,” a free concert series taking place at the City Hall Concert Pavilion on Thursdays in June, July and September. 

Wind down the workday with great music in a casual, outdoor setting. Grab some local carryout to enjoy during the concert, or enjoy the music before dining in Olde Towne afterwards. Bring a blanket or low-back chair for lawn seating.

Sept 4 - Diamond Alley

Diamond Alley, one of Washington D.C.'s most popular bands, is a 5 piece Dance/Rock and Variety group performing an exciting and diverse mix of contemporary and classic hits as well as the bands own popular original tunes. Diamond Alley is best known throughout the Mid Atlantic region for their unusual vocal talent (all 5 members sing), outstanding live performance, and audience rapport.

Sept 11 – Cluster

Accounted as one of the best vocal groups in Italy, Cluster was founded in 2004 by five young musicians from Genoa, who met at the Conservatory of Music. The group has spent the last 10 years touring Italy, Europe, and the U.S. with their unique style that combines elements of jazz, pop, and fusion. The group enjoyed a successful run on “X-Factor Italy” in 2008, and has had the honor to perform and share the stage with Italian stars Andrea Bocelli, Mario Bondi, Gigi d’Alessio, Fiorello, Morgan and many others.
 

Sept 18 - Rescue Squad

Rescue Squad is a 5-piece rock cover band from the DC/VA/MD area that provides heavy doses of hits. Their set list includes the latest rock covers as well as the timeless classics you know and love. The band brings nothing but high-energy rock and infuses their own dynamic edge into their sets to ensure a unique and compelling show!

Sept 25 - Trio Caliente

Since 2003, Trio Caliente's inimitable blend of Flamenco, Pop, and Brazilian Jazz has been enjoyed by political luminaries stateside and abroad. Trio Caliente's musicians have performed from coast to coast throughout the U.S. and in Spain, South America, Central America and the Middle East at events from diplomatic tours with the U.S. Department of State to Inaugural balls, swearing-in ceremonies, and private events. You've likely seen Trio Caliente appearing locally at Blues Alley, The Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap, The Harman Center, Strathmore, The Library of Congress, Mellon Auditorium,The D.A.R., and many other prestigious area venues.
