Learn and practice the fundamentals of samba dancing.
Experience the energy and charisma of samba, one of Brazil's most recognized dance styles! This weekly class builds up the fundamentals of technique and groove, including samba steps, body isolations, and hip work. You'll be ready to dance with a live samba band in no time!
All experience levels welcome.
You can sign up for all of the sessions, or the drop-in rate is $20 per class.

Levine Music MD Campus: Silver Spring

The MD Campus: Silver Spring is located in downtown Silver Spring at the intersection of Wayne Avenue and Fenton Street. Our campus is located on the seoncd floor of the Silver Spring Library Building.
Silver Spring is the closest Metro station. Head northeast on Colesville toward Second Ave (0.1 mile). Turn right on Wayne Ave (0.3 mile). Library Building will be on the right.
Parking is available in the Wayne Avenue garage at 921 Wayne Ave. Parking costs $1.25 per hour between 7 AM and 10 PM. Monday through Friday. Parking is free in the evenings and on weekends and County holidays.
