Countryside Artisans open their studios and galleries for the 2024 Spring Tour. Meet the artists, see where they work, and learn about their art. The tour is free and visitors of all ages are welcome.
The Countryside Artisans represent a select group of accomplished visual, sculptural, and textile artists living and working in both historic and rural areas of Montgomery, Howard, and Frederick Counties of Maryland. Here you will find artists offering an array of artwork, mediums and gifts for every occasion.
Each studio is located within a 30 mile radius of Sugarloaf Mountain, a highlight of Montgomery County’s Agricultural Reserve, and offers an alternative to in-store shopping year round. Each April, October, and December, the Countryside Artisans jointly open their galleries and studios for special art tours.
