Following the 10:30 a.m. Thursday Morning Kids Concerts at the City Hall Concert Pavilion in June and July, the adjacent Gaithersburg Community Museum will host Discovery Days for children ages 6 to 12. With activities taking place between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Discovery Thursdays reinforce the themes and performances the children will have just enjoyed at the concerts. While the concerts are free, there is a $3 admission per child for Discovery Days. Each project takes between 15 and 30 minutes and materials are limited, so reservations are recommended.
