A four-class introduction to the Sitar and Indian classical music, this is a great way to learn more about the beautiful world of sitar and the music. Open to musicians of all instruments, as well as to non-musician and beginners, the syllabus will include the following:

Each student needs a sitar. Students can bring their own sitars or they can rent sitars for $50 for the four classes. The instruments can be taken home after signing a 'Sitar Niketan Rental MOU'.
