The Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County (AHCMC) is pleased to celebrate the opening of Human Perspective with a public reception at the Betty Mae Kramer Gallery and Music Room on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 6-8p.m. Human Perspective examines the singular, complicated equation that is the uniqueness and originality of individual world view perspectives through the works of four local artists: Eric Celarier, Frank McCauley, Megan Van Wagoner, and Jenny Walton.

“What is interesting about this exhibition is the opportunity for visitors to experience how each artist perceives the world through a creative outlet,” says Suzan Jenkins, CEO of the Arts and Humanities Council. “Each person’s world view is shaped by their particular approach to overcoming obstacles encountered throughout life, and when artists express their individualized perspectives; they create original pieces of work that are personalized through their distinct lens.”

Human Perspective is curated by Heloisa Escudero on behalf of AHCMC and supported by Mariza Avila, AHCMC’s Public Art Assistant. The exhibition will be on view from February 3 – May 1, 2020.
