Dengue Fever has honed their trademark blend of ’60s Cambodian pop and psychedelic rock for over a decade.
On their most recent album, The Deepest Lake, the band expands their musical palette to include Khmer rap, Latin grooves, Afro percussion, and layered Stax-like horns that dare you not to dance. The band’s songs have been featured in films The Hangover 2, City of Ghosts, and Jim Jarmusch’s Broken Flowers in addition to the television series Weeds, True Blood, and CSI: Las Vegas.
