Join this fun, retro event celebrating vinyl records and bring the whole family.

There will be:

Speakers discussing aspects of the vinyl record industry. [Check back for keynote speaker and panel.]
Makerspace activities using unplayable records,
Record sales,
Demonstrations, and
Musical performances by contestants of Make Music Montgomery.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
