Art and Movement for Well-Being

Join Cynthia Word/dancer and Ruth Stenstrom/art therapist for a FREE interactive art and movement workshop to combat chronic patterns of stress and anxiety.  Using ART & MOVEMENT participants will: energize and free the body/mind/spirit through exploring dancing as drawing and drawing as dancing; instill hope and mutual support; foster connection, joy, and greater self-expression; promote calm and pain reduction with mindfulness and relaxation techniques; have a great time!
