Participants will:
- Create art without judgement
- Use art as a means to relax and unwind
- Create art as a means for self-healing and self-discovery
- Learn new art techniques for coping with emotional challenges
- Use art in active meditation to de-stress

Parking Information: Metered garage parking is available in the Fenton Street Village (Garage 4) Parking Garage and a small surface lot by our building (see map above), and can be paid with either coins or through the MobileNOW app. Metered street parking is available on Silver Spring Avenue in front of our building, and will be available across the street when ongoing construction is finished.
