Artisan Market - Lil' Pumpkins Festival

The 4th Annual Lil’ Pumpkins Festival at BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a fun, free, and safe way to enjoy all kinds of spooky fall festivities.

Activities from 12 PM – 4 PM include a bouncy house, trick-or-treating, lil’ pumpkin painting, costume parades, spooky dance parties, an Artisan’s Market, and a biergarten for the parents! You also won’t want to miss the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra’s Music Box Concerts.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo, as well as Taste of Germantown!

The day will conclude with a free outdoor screening of the fun family film, Pooh’s Heffalump Halloween Movie at sundown (approximately 6:30pm).
