CityDance is bringing world-renowned guest artists PHILADANCO!, Koresh Dance Company, and more to the DC metro area this summer for exciting in-studio training and performances!

Our signature summer intensives provide challenging training in classical and contemporary techniques, culturally specific dance forms, dance history, improvisation/composition, and repertory featuring classes taught by the stellar teaching artists and year-round faculty of CityDance Conservatory.

Each intensive culminates with showings at the CityDance Studio Theater at Strathmore.

ADMISSION INFO

CityDance Conservatory is an audition-entry program that selects students based on evaluated potential, technical accomplishments, and proven determination to pursue dance professionally. We are intentional in our intake and evaluation process to assess talent on an individual basis, taking into account each student’s past training as well as their goals and aspirations.

Floor Barre: 9:30am-10:15am

Ballet Class: 10:15am-11:00am

Contemporary/Modern: 11:00am-12:00pm

Check-in 11:30am-12:00am

Ballet Class: 12:00pm-1:30pm
