Discovery Day: Archaeology

The Montgomery Parks Archaeology Office will be at the museum with many hands-on activities to introduce you to the glamor of archaeological work. Among the activities visitors can do are tinsmithing, marble making, seed Identification, and ceramic mending. Try out these skills while learning what archaeology teaches us about the past. This program is free and open to visitors of all ages. This will also be the last day to see the exhibit “Indigenous People in Our Area: Past & Present” currently on display in the RDC.
