Fine Art Exhibition

The City of Gaithersburg welcomes the Art League of Germantown (ALOG) for its 11th Annual Juried Membership Exhibition. This year’s theme is “Old Memories – New Hopes.” The exhibit is on display through April 14, 2024.

Juried fine art exhibition in the beautiful historic Kentlands Mansion, available to view Monday - Friday by appointment. Please call 301-258-6394 before planning your visit.

Diverse mediums and award-winning pieces in oil/acrylic, wet media, dry/mixed media, and photography.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
