DC native Cathy Ponton King swings: ‘Nawlins-flavored jazzy blues, good old fashioned rock ‘n roll, tender ballads and original nuggets of singer-songwriter gold. The UMD alumna and former journalist infuses her stage show with wit and verve, armed with a Fender Telecaster and a drive to rock like Muddy Waters taught her.

Parking in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage is $5.20 during the week and free on weekends. Strathmore is also accessible via Metro's Red Line, Grosvenor-Strathmore station.
Limited short-term parking also is available at specially marked meters along Tuckerman Lane, which do not require payment after 7pm.
