Jason Gebbia, President of National Capital Orchid Society, will discuss his experiences growing orchids and answer questions from the audience.
Mr. Gebbia has been growing orchids for almost 20 years, starting with a small collection while studying horticulture at the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Orchid Society and the Maryland Orchid Society, Vice President of the Slipper Orchid Alliance, and President of the National Capital Orchid Society. He grows a range or orchids under lights in his home in Brookeville, MD with a large portion of his collection dedicated to South American and Asian slipper orchid
