Improv Class for Adults with Disabilities

Improvisation for comedy and storytelling. Improve is a great way to practice listening and teamwork while having fun with new friends!

This class is designed for adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—including autism—and other social and behavioral needs.
Weekly on Tuesdays, July 11 - August 1
7-8:30 pm
Location: Round House Education Center
Tuition: $120 for 4 weeks
Volunteers welcome!

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
