Whether you want to write a memoir, blog, college essay, letter to your granddaughter, or use your own life as the basis for fiction, life story writing requires that we tell where we come from and who we are. During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
