Montgomery College Mobile Masterpieces

The Montgomery College Alumni Association's fourth Mobile Masterpieces features original, juried artwork generously donated by artists who represent a diverse spectrum of forms and media, including paintings, illustrations, sculpture, photography, ceramics, jewelry, and mixed media.

Proceeds fund student scholarships at Montgomery College.

Tickets are $100 each. Ticketholder's names will be drawn at random, at which time they will choose from among these beautiful works of art. Ticketholders ... view more »

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
