Public Piano Opening Concert at Takoma Park Gazebo

The City of Takoma Park will be installing a public piano in the downtown gazebo, and everyone is invited to the grand opening concert at 11 am on Aug. 18. Anyone from the audience can play the piano and share their musical talents with a friendly audience.

A local artist will paint the donated piano, and it will remain in the gazebo for about four months. No tickets are required for the free concert, and piano players don’t need to register beforehand. Just raise your hand at the concert and you can play. We hope to see you there!
