World premiere of Natasha Senanayake’s Cello Sonata, plus sonatas of Brahms and Bosmans at a house concert in Takoma Park.
Natasha Senanayake, world premiere of her recently completed Sonata for Cello and Piano, commissioned by WMV for cellist Emma Hays Johnson and pianist Carl Banner. Plus cello sonatas by Henriette Bosmans and Johannes Brahms. Natasha will be present at the premiere, having been granted a visa to travel here from Sri Lanka for the occasion.
