Sunset Yoga

Whether you are on your way home from work or looking for an open space to practice some poses, join Montgomery Parks with instruction from Thrive Yoga Studio weekly beginning Thursdays, April 14, 2022, from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm, at Long Branch-Arliss Neighborhood Park, to refine your yoga practice.

Yoga not only offers mental and physical health benefits, like flexibility, balance, and joint health, but more powerfully, it provides mental clarity and stress reduction.

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll get English and Spanish step-by-step instructions with pose-modifications to work with your level of strength. No equipment? No worries! Everything you need to participate will be provided! These classes are free and opened to all ages. No registration necessary, just stop on by!

Classes begin on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm, and will run through Thursday, May 5, 2022.
