Join interdisciplinary artist Shelby Kelley in discovering the serendipitous art of Tea Dyeing.
Join interdisciplinary artist Shelby Kelley in discovering the serendipitous art of Tea Dyeing. Spend the first session prepping multiple designs on various papers, while exploring mixed media combinations that include materials such as leaves, tea, pencil, ink, and watercolor. During week two, use your tea-dyed creations in final pieces, including art pieces, greeting cards, or illustrations. The Art of Tea Dyeing runs for two weeks, from November 18th through November 25th. The registration fee is $75 for the workshop.

Parking Information: Metered garage parking is available in the Fenton Street Village (Garage 4) Parking Garage and a small surface lot by our building (see map above), and can be paid with either coins or through the MobileNOW app. Metered street parking is available on Silver Spring Avenue in front of our building, and will be available across the street when ongoing construction is finished.
